Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Dosage is based on the individual and their requirements, and we highly recommend "micro-dosing" to find the right minimum effective dose for YOU - "Start Low & Go Slow". Results may vary based on individual physiology.

Recommended Startng Doses:

450mg: 5 Drops increasing by 5 drops

750mg: 3 Drops increasing by 3 drops

1500mg: 1 Drop increasing by 1 drop

until dosage meets requirements. Increase or decrease as/when required to achieve minimum effective dose (wait 45-60 min before increasing dose). Once individual dosage and requirements have been established additional drops may be taken as/when needed (every 3-6 hours).

Each 1ml is equal to:

450mg = 15mg

750mg = 25mg

1500 = 50mg

(1ml is approx. 20 drops)
