**Certain products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness. It takes 1-4 business days to process, produce and book your order. Once your order has been booked with our courier, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days to most areas in South Africa; delivery to outlaying areas may take 3-5 business days. If paying via EFT or Deposit - orders will not be processed without Proof of Payment. All orders will only be shipped once payment reflects.

Is there THC in your products?

 As we do Whole Plant Extraction Cannabis Oils, THC, CBD and all the other beneficial compounds are present in our oils in varying ratios. Research has also proven that THC has its own medicinal benefits.

Will your products get me high?

Our products are designed to be medicinal as opposed to recreational, and when used as directed may be used throughout the day to manage ailments, like pain or anxiety. That being said, they do contain THC and consuming more than is medicinally required could result in a mild to moderate recreational experience.   . 

Whole Plant Extraction vs Isolated Extraction

The most efficient way to get the full benefit of the cannabis plant is through ingesting Whole Plant Cannabis Oil . This refers to oil that features all of the cannabinoids and other compounds present in the Cannabis plant - providing an all natural oil that allows the compounds in the plant to work together in what is called the entourage effect. As such, we only produce whole plant extraction oils- namely Black Cannabis Oil (B.C.O) and Full Extract Cannabis Oil (F.E.C.O), and do not focus on isolated cannabanoids like CBD only.

Is it legal for me to have your product ?

The cultivation and use of Cannabis has been decriminalized for personal use and as such, it is permissible to have and use cannabis products - particularly because it is used in your own privacy.

The re-dispensing of a medicine which has been returned is prohibited, therefor, for the safety of our patrons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds apply to cancelled orders; refunds or exchanges apply to items broken during shipping - the breakage must be brought to our attention on receipt and opening of order, along with an unedited image of the issue.
