• Ideal Brewing: 80°C (just as the bubbles start rolling in the kettle) - steep for 3-10 minutes, depending on your ideal medicinal strength.

1 tea bag is sufficient for up to 2 cups of tea, depending on required strength and brew time. 

Steep 3-5 minutes = Makes 2 cups of 10mg each.

Steep 8-10 minutes = Makes 1 cup of 20mg.

Warm: Serve black with a slice of lemon, with honey or sugar to taste; optional addition of milk or cream. 

Chilled: Serve with lemon, mint or cucumber.
