Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Dosage is based on the individual and their requirements, and we highly recommend "micro-dosing" to find the right minimum effective dose for YOU - "Start Low & Go Slow". Results may vary based on individual physiology.

Recommended Starting Dose

Start with 0.05ml, 15-20 minutes before bed. Increasing by 0.05ml every 45-60 minutes, until dosage requirements are met. Once individual dosage and requirements have been established, increase or decrease as/when required to achieve a minimum effective dose. Can be used every 3-6 hours throughout the day when properly "micro-dosed".
